No Knock Registry

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2024-2394, Phoenixville Borough has established a “No Knock Registry.” The purpose of the registry is to protect the privacy of residents by allowing residents to register their home address on the Borough’s “No Knock List.” By doing so, you indicate your preference to have persons selling goods, commodities, or services not come to your home and knock on your door.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the above referenced Ordinance, I request that my address be included on the “No Knock Registry.” I understand that the information submitted as part of this application, including my name, is subject to public inspection pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. I further understand that the “No Knock Registry” containing only addresses will be given to each solicitor and/or peddler who possesses a valid solicitation permit. I understand
that the registry should not replace common and reasonable measures to prevent unwanted solicitation and peddling, such as posting “No Solicitation” signs.

Paul Miller’s Law went into effect on June 5, 2025. Under this new law, using an interactive device will be illegal.

“Use of an interactive mobile device." As follows:

(1) Using at least one hand to hold, or supporting with another part of the body, an interactive mobile device.
(2) Dialing or answering an interactive mobile device by pressing more than a single button.
(3) Reaching for an interactive mobile device in a manner that requires a driver to maneuver so that the driver is no longer in a seated driving position, restrained by a seat belt that is installed in accordance with 49 CFR 393.93 (relating to seats, seat belt assemblies, and seat belt assembly anchorages) and adjusted in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.”

🚴‍♂️☀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Bike Rodeo this past Saturday!

It was great to see so many kids having fun while learning important bicycle safety skills. We appreciate all of the parents, families, and community members who came out and helped make the event such a success.

A special thank you to our officers, volunteers, and community partners for their hard work and support. We had a fantastic time and look forward to seeing everyone at future community events!

Reminder that Griffen Street will be closed between Gay Street and Main Street from 9:00am - 2:30pm today and tomorrow (5/19/26). Residents in the area will lose water service for a period of time on Tuesday. Thank you for your patience!

Please review the map so you know how to get around the Borough during the staging and the parade for the Dogwood Festival on May 16th.
Roads highlighted in red will be closed to all traffic beginning at 11:15am.
Roads highlighted in orange will be closed to all traffic beginning at 12:30pm.
Persimmon Lane (highlighted in blue) is open to local traffic only for the duration of the parade set up.

If you need to move from the west side of Main Street to the east side (and vice versa), use Nutt Road to bypass the parade area.

The Dogwood Parade route features a SENSORY ZONE, which is located from the intersection of Bridge and Main Streets to the intersection of Main and Church Streets.

For those unfamiliar, a sensory zone is a designated section of the route specifically designed to be quieter, calmer, and lower-stimulus, allowing individuals with autism, epilepsy, PTSD, or noise/light sensitivities to enjoy the festivities.

The Dogwood Parade will be taking place on Saturday, May 16th at 1:00pm. The parade will begin at the Recreation Center (501 Franklin Ave), and will continue south to Bridge Street. It will then head east one block to Main Street, and then continue south on Main Street to end at Fifth Ave.
