The 9/11 Tower Challenge is coming to Skydome at NAU on September 9th—and we want YOU to be part of this unforgettable tribute. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, join us as we honor the heroes of 9/11 and the brave first responders and military who protect us every day.

Each year, thousands across Arizona climb 2,071 steps—the same as the Twin Towers’ 110 floors—to remember those we lost and to stand in solidarity with our public safety community. Firefighters in full gear, police, military, bomb squad, and civilians of all backgrounds come together for this powerful tribute.

We are thankful for your support of our first responders. We look forward to seeing you at our 9/11 Tower Challenge, or having you join us virtually as we all honor our fallen first responders from September 11, 2001.

To best accommodate our 😎 participants from across the valley, we will be offering three pre-event packet pick opportunities.

100 Club Presents the 9/11 Tower Challenge

In honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001, and in continued honor of our first responders and military who protect us from foreign and domestic threats, we gather to pay our respects at the annual 9/11 Tower Challenge.

The World Trade Center's Twin Towers each consisted of 110 floors and a total of 2071 steps. Each year thousands of people across Arizona walk, climb and run the stairs to remember. Firefighters in full gear, Police, Military and Bomb Squad personnel march steadily alongside civilians of varying ages, abilities and backgrounds.
