Cancer impacts so much more than the body.

It can affect sleep, relationships, routines, finances, and emotional well-being — not just for the individual diagnosed, but for caregivers and loved ones too.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that you do not have to carry it all alone.

Over the past few months, we’ve been reminded again and again of the power of community through programs like Rise & Recharge, Paws 4 Hope in Flagstaff, and the support shared each week inside our groups and classes.

We’re also incredibly grateful to the women of 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun and their East Valley giving circle for choosing CSCAZ as their nonprofit of the quarter and raising more than $7,500 to support individuals and families facing cancer.

As we look ahead to National Cancer Survivors Day and the summer season, we remain committed to creating spaces where every person can find support that meets them where they are.

Our doors — and our hearts — remain open to you every step of the journey 💛

Today, we were showered with love by the incredible women of 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun and their East Valley Giving Circle. 💛

We are grateful to be chosen as their Nonprofit of the Quarter and honored by their generous gift of more than $10,000 to support Cancer Support Community Arizona’s vital programs across the state.

What makes this gift so powerful is how it came together: one woman at a time, $100 at a time, all united by a shared belief in our mission and the people we serve. Their generosity will help ensure individuals and families impacted by cancer continue to receive support, education, connection, and community when they need it most.

To every woman who showed up, gave, voted, believed, and rallied behind CSCAZ — thank you. Your compassion is already making a difference throughout Arizona, and we are so grateful to be surrounded by such a beautiful circle of care.

Thank you, 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun !

We feel the love. 💛

A huge thank you to for spending time with us and taking part in making clay hearts! ❤️

The clay hearts they created will be given to participants and anyone who visits Cancer Support Community Arizona who has been impacted by cancer, serving as small reminders that they are seen and supported.

We are also incredibly grateful for the generous donation of supplies for our comfort kits through their donation drive. Cancer Support Community Arizona truly wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the generosity of community partners like you. Thank you for making a difference!
