Meet Lucy! Lucy is 13 artistic, loves to laugh, and enjoys connecting with others. She is especially proud of her grades this year and hopes to work in law enforcement someday. A lifelong Arizona resident, Lucy has visited Hawaii and dreams of traveling to Germany in the future. She has even taught herself some German and a few Italian words! Lucy is also interested in learning how to play the bass guitar. She would love a Big Sister who can encourage her interests, explore new activities with her, and share plenty of fun and laughter along the way. Join us tomorrow, September 10, for an evening of wellness, self-care and giving back to our community.
Hosted by our Board Chair, Desirae Outcalt, and BBritt Concierge Mobile Medicine, The Big Glow Up will feature wellness services, light bites, beverages, a golf simulator and more.
100% of proceeds from services during the event will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona and our work creating and supporting meaningful mentoring relationships for local youth.
We’ll also be joined by former Arizona Cardinals player and BBritt Director of Training, Marcel Shipp, for a special meet and greet.

This week, we’re highlighting sisters Miranda and Zuri, who had an unforgettable experience at the Arizona Cardinals game this past weekend! They got the chance to go onto the field to help welcome the players and enjoy the game from a suite.

Miranda, 15, is in 10th grade and loves makeup, doing nails, trying new things, and having fun. She’s looking for a Big Sister who shares her interests and would enjoy doing fun, girly activities and exploring new experiences together.

Zuri, 10, is in 6th grade and loves being outdoors, playing outside, and simply having fun! She’s looking for a Big Sister who will spend quality time with her, try new activities, and make fun memories together.

Both girls are excited to find caring and supportive Big Sisters to share new experiences and make memories with. 💚
