Hours of Operation
Primary: Grades 1-3 7:50 am - 2:20 pm
Intermediate: Grades 4-5 7:50 am - 2:25 pm
Kindergarten 7:50 am - 12:30 pm


PES is located in picturesque Southern Oregon. We use Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) to teach and reinforce our three school rules: Be Safe, Be Respectful and Be Responsible. On our campus is the "

Kids Health Connection" and Boys and Girls Club is available for our students from 2:20 pm - 6:30 pm.

The Goats defeated the Flying Penguins to claim the PES Oregon Battle of the Books school title on Friday, February 27. Let's hear it for the Goats! (Annabelle Charlton, Chennai Patterson, Harmony Navarrete-Cibrian, Jon Linville, and Kurtis Saxbury).

Wish them luck as they prepare to represent the Junior Pirates at the OBOB regional competition, scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at Central Point Elementary.

🌮👩‍🍳 Phoenix Elementary Future Chefs Finalists! 👨‍🍳🌴

Congratulations to two talented students from Phoenix Elementary who have been named finalists in the 2026 Sodexo Future Chefs Challenge!

Sodexo Executive Chef Ryan Sweet visited today to surprise these young chefs and celebrate their amazing recipes. They’ll now move on to the live cooking competition on March 19 at PHS:

🎉 Thank You, Phoenix Elementary Families! 🎉

Our Chuck E. Cheese Fundraiser last Friday was a great success! Thanks to the support of our amazing families, we raised $273 that will go directly toward our school mural project. 🎨

About 20 families joined us, and it was so much fun seeing our students laughing, playing, and spending time together outside of school. Moments like these really show what a wonderful community we have! ❤️
