Lines may begin forming before opening, and arriving early can help you avoid peak crowds, parking delays, and longer entry wait times later in the day.

👥 Large Crowds Are Anticipated
602 Day is one of our most popular annual events! Please plan for high attendance throughout the day, including outdoor lines and extended waits for entry and popular experiences. Wear comfortable shoes, bring your patience, and be prepared for warm weather while waiting outside.

To help speed up transactions and improve the Guest experience, Arizona Science Center is a cashless venue. Please plan to use debit/credit cards or mobile payment methods for admissions, concessions, and onsite purchases.

🚆 Public Transportation Encouraged
Downtown Phoenix parking may fill quickly during 602 Day festivities. Guests are encouraged to use Valley Metro Light Rail, rideshare services, or other public transportation options when possible. Arizona Science Center is conveniently located near Downtown Phoenix light rail stops.

As part of our spotlight, we’re proud to share this powerful moment from the NFL YET College Prep Academy Graduation & 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony.

Aubrey Scott’s moving rendition of the National Anthem was one of those moments that reminds us how schools help shape not only the future for our students, but the heart of a community.

Thank you to NFL YET College Prep Academy for sharing this meaningful tribute with us.
