At the NCIA Board meeting today.If you’ve never attended a meeting, I highly recommend it. It gives you a much better understanding of how the rules and statutes governing assisted living are interpreted and applied by the Board.

Sometimes reading the rules isn’t enough. Hearing the discussions, questions, and decisions firsthand gives you a whole different perspective.

If you work in assisted living, this is one meeting worth attending.
