Phoenix regularly experiences summer heat waves with temperatures exceeding 110°F, especially from May through September.

Join us this Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for our Thirst Aid event, a community drive where we’re collecting water donations and heat relief supplies to support those most affected by extreme heat—proudly in partnership with Central Arizona Shelter Services.

🚪 Our doors are open longer. ⏰ Keys to Change has extended Key Campus hours to 5AM–9PM, effective immediately — giving those experiencing homelessness more access to safe, cool spaces. 🏠❄️ This decision was made with safety as our top priority. This change affects the main Campus shaded plaza and day room with restroom access.

📌 Important Note: The Brian Garcia Welcome Center at Key Campus remains the only walk-up location for individuals experiencing homelessness to access assistance 24/7/365. 🕒

Thank you to one n ten and Prisma Community Care for joining us for a tour of Key Campus!

Come see how 13 partners work together on one campus every day to help end homelessness for individuals in our community. Our tours offer an inside look at this transformative space and the power of collaboration in creating real change.

Our next public tour is June 3 at 9 AM. Public tours are held the first Wednesday of every month. We hope to see you soon!

Extreme heat is a community emergency — and community is how we respond.

A huge thank you to Desert Financial Credit Union for partnering with us at Key Campus! Our volunteers came together to paint new campus signage and assemble hundreds of outreach kits that will directly support individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

Keys to Change is hiring a Regional Outreach Manager in Phoenix, Arizona.
This is not a traditional outreach management role.

We are looking for a leader who understands that outreach is more than engagement, more than referrals, and more than managing a team. This role sits at the intersection of frontline leadership, systems coordination, housing problem-solving, and community collaboration.

We need someone who can:
• Lead and develop frontline outreach teams
• Coordinate across systems and providers
• Use data to drive action and improve outcomes
• Center humanity while moving people toward housing
• Understand how equity and systemic barriers shape homelessness

The right person is grounded in frontline reality, but thinks beyond programs toward system impact.

900 reasons to say THANK YOU!

Upgrade, Inc. donated 900 hygiene and heat relief kits to support outreach at Key Campus and Project Connect.

Each kit provides critical relief from the Arizona heat and serves as a conversation starter, helping connect individuals to housing and supportive services.
