To serve as a viable resource network for mutual support in community development. To maximize low cost health insurance for members using strategies of pooling. To be a conduit for technical assistance for program development. To add an amplified and unified voice for small organizations when interfacing around policy concerns at the Federal, State, and Local levels of government.

Sen. Hutchinson is crazy to say cut unemployment benefits in the middle of recession. Why do cut the middle class and cap congress payroll and do not touch the wealth taxes. Congress will get the kick backs so to cap congress payroll they know how to moonlight.
