🌟 Summer Youth Health Education Course (Ages 12–19)

We are excited to continue our partnership with Maricopa County to offer a life‑changing, one‑week educational program for youth ages 12–19. This course provides essential knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV, and pregnancy prevention in a supportive, age‑appropriate environment.

June 15 – June 19
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (daily lessons)
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM (lunch provided)

🎉 Special Event
On June 19, we will celebrate the end of the course with a field trip to Skateland in Mesa.

🚌 Transportation
Transportation is available in select ZIP codes.

This workshop provides essential guidance on creating a safe sleeping environment for your baby. Parents and caregivers will learn best practices and current recommendations to reduce risks and promote healthy sleep habits. Join us to gain confidence in putting your baby down to sleep safely and securely.

Understanding Baby Cues

Have you ever wondered what your newborn is trying to tell you? Babies communicate through cues—subtle signals that express their needs and feelings. In this workshop, you'll learn how to recognize and respond to these cues, helping your baby feel safe, secure, and understood. Together, we'll explore how tuning into your baby strengthens your bond and builds a strong, healthy relationship.

Self-Care

Caring for a newborn requires time, energy, and constant attention—which is why caring for yourself is just as important. Self-care doesn't have to mean long spa days; it can be simple, everyday moments that help restore your mind, body, and spirit. Join Healthy Families to discover practical, realistic ways to recharge and prioritize your well-being, so you can continue showing up as your best for your baby.

Over three years ago, a young lady lost her life from domestic violence in front of Beyond the Hurt. Our program "Candice's Cry For Help" was launched in
March of this year. We just purchased our first transit vehicle to ensure dv victims are transported to a safe location. We thank everyone that donated!
