Final class South Mountain run is a representation of the obstacles and challenges that class R-73 overcame to accomplish their mission of graduating from the Phoenix Police Reserve Academy and reaching their goal of becoming state certified police officers. As they reached the top of the mountain, class R-73 rose above it all!
