Make your garden harvest last and learn to preserve your veggies to be enjoyed for months to come. Finish off this series with a presentation and demonstration by Master Food Preserver, Kathryn Brignac from Cornel Cooperative Extensionof Ulster County.

The program will teach safe canning and fermenting techniques and tips.
