Phillipsburg City Library Established in 1926, the mission of the Phillipsburg City Library is to serve the informational, recreational, and educational needs of the community.

5 DVD's (only 1 off the new release poster) may be checked out at one time for 7 days. At this time DVD's are not renewable as we hope to share o

ur movies with as many patrons as possible. Overdue Books
We, at Phillipsburg City Library, do not charge fines; however, if due dates are ignored and materials are not returned in a timely manner your library privileges may be revoked. Once an item is overdue you will receive an email which may be followed by a phone call or a letter. If the materials are still not returned they will be considered lost. Once items are marked lost you will be responsible for the cost of the item plus a $2.00 processing fee. We hope that patrons will respect due dates even though fines are not charged.
