Aquatic Center pool passes for 2026 are available for purchase. Sign ups for swim lessons are also available, please call the aquatic center at 785-543-6142 for more information on availability.
Family season pass - $100.00, Single season pass - $60.00, Swim Lessons- $30.00, Daily admission fee - $3.00.
Outdoor pool opening day will be on Memorial Day, weather permitting.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Phillipsburg, Kansas will receive sealed bids for the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic crew cab Warlock 4 wheel drive with 49,346 miles on it, starting at a minimum bid of $35,000, at the Phillipsburg City Office, 945 2nd Street, Phillipsburg, KS 67661, until 4:00pm on May 18, 2026. Following the deadline, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Phillipsburg City Council meeting on May 18, 2026 at 6:00pm. Bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Additional information may be obtained at the Phillipsburg City Office, 945 2nd Street.

The City of Phillipsburg is selling a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic crew cab Warlock 4 wheel drive with 49,346 miles on it. It has a rear airlift kit installed professionally on September 7, 2023. The solid waste crew will be delivering yard waste karts on April 7th (for Tuesday route) and April 9th (for Thursday route). Once this first group has been delivered, crews will only be delivering yard waste karts on Monday's. If you would like a kart delivered with the first initial group, you will need to sign up before next Friday, April 3rd. Thank you!!

The City of Phillipsburg is looking for volunteers to serve on the Park and Recreation Advisory Board. This board will consist of 9 voting members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. At least 5 members must be residents of the City of Phillipsburg and up to 4 members may reside outside of the city limits but must reside in Phillips County. At least 2 members must represent senior citizen activities.
