As a person, I don’t gravitate toward power. I scrutinize it and if needed, I challenge it. That’s probably the reason why power isn’t attracted (or attractive) to me. I can respect it, but it must earn that respect. I may have need for a "leader", but that "leader" will be directed by me and responsible to me. I will stand firm with it or against it, but I will never bend before it or to it. The
only time I believe in "collaboration" or a "collective effort" is when the common goal is to PROTECT individual freedom. Not mob up to restrict or eliminate it. I will never compromise any of my freedoms or the freedoms of others. I think that we all had better start standing by people and groups like the Oath Keepers and Ron Paul and by those standing by and with them, or we WILL get the government we deserve. I for one will do everything in my power to get back the government that was created for the sole purpose of protecting our unalienable rights. Not a government that, for it's own convenience, transforms those rights into regulated, licensed privileges, using facilitated, manufactured perceived threats, promising to provide "safety and security". All accomplished either by force and/or by bribes to get us to sacrifice and relinquish a "little freedom". Bribes otherwise known as "grants", "entitlements" or "subsidies". All from the money taken from us as taxes, fees, dues, penalties, and fines. And for crying out loud, if you are going to vote, please don't waste any of your 2012 votes using Mae West's philosophy,
" Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before." America, her respect and our individual freedom, may now be the long shot that only we, the people, can take to the winners circle. We the people, not the politicians or their anointed "parties", or corporate special interests or government partners, but each and every one of us doing our individual thing to protect everyone else's individual thing. No victim, no crime. No penalty no time. One more thing (for now), remember, you always get the biggest return betting on the long shot. Right now, with what we have at stake riding on this race, even-money odds won't cut it. Betting on the favorite with the probability of return being less than what we wagered, is a no win and shouldn't even be considered an option. Now that you know a little more about me as a person, what do you think I'll do, or won't do, for you as your representative?
