The Friends of 19th Street / CultureTrust of Phila. The 19th Street Baptist Church has partnered with CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia and established "The Friends of 19th Street / CultureTrust of Phila.

Our project is to develop the Friends of Nineteenth Street as a non‑profit organization to raise capital for the restoration of the architectural masterpiece. It will serve as a fundraising vehicle for preservationists, historical enthusiasts and those who want to contribute to our preservation project but are not particularly connected to a church or religious institution. The goal is to inform t

he cultural community of the opportunity to raise the finances needed for the restoration of the church. We have an opportunity to restore the church and provide a place for worship and community interaction and development. Hit Link to make a contribution:

Philadelphia is the only World Heritage City in the U.S. and its neighborhoods are considered National Treasures. But do its old, sacred spaces stand a chance in this rapidly developing city?
