The mission of Community Focus Learning Center is to provide high quality early childhood educ

ation. Our goals are not only to ensure our young scholars meet the challenges and rigor of the Grade K common core standards but also to provide character development through the arts. We intend to engage our young scholars intellectually, socially and physically. We will nurture their intellectual curiosity and prepare them to be the critical thinkers the 21st century requires. Operations:
CFLC provides quality childcare with a focus on preparing children for kindergarten. Our emphasis is academic enrichment and programming centered on the common core with an element of artistic expression, and global awareness. Our staff consists of highly qualified personnel all of which have hands on educational programming experience on various levels. Our before & after care program will operate from 7am to 8am and again from 3pm to 6pm. To ensure our staff is trained in current methodology and best practices we utilize all professional development Keystone Stars offers. We also seek out webinars some of which are provided by the Pennsylvania Childcare Association and in house professional development.
