k. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party. At this time the Borough of Hatboro will not be accepting any comments from the public on its Social Media platforms. The Borough's sole purpose for the use of Social Media is to inform residents about Hatboro happenings and events. This policy is written to protect the Borough should anyone somehow comment on any of our Social Media Platforms or should we begin to allow comments.

TODAY IS THE DAY!
PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 AT 7:00 PM.

In recent months, the Borough of Hatboro has received concerns regarding on-street parking in numerous areas of the Borough. These concerns have originated from residents throughout the Borough, Emergency Personnel, Borough Staff, and mail carriers. The Borough’s Parking Commission has been actively reviewing these concerns regarding on street parking and has determined that parking on narrower streets in the Borough, including the street where you reside, potentially poses concerns for emergency access.

As noted above, Borough Council has been working with staff, the Borough’s Parking Commission, and emergency services to evaluate all streets in the Borough based on the length, width, and parking restrictions (or lack thereof) with smaller streets currently being prioritized. After careful review of all streets in the Borough, the Borough is considering changing regulations on the following streets to limit parking to one side:

• Broad Street
• South Linden
• Loller Road
• Moreboro Road
• Manor Road
• Oakdale Avenue
• Warren Road
• Wilson Road
• Wood Street
• Intersection of Lancaster/Meadowbrook/Windsor
• Pershing Avenue
• Rorer Avenue
• 300 Block N. Penn Street
• Park Avenue
• Drexel Road
• Springdale Avenue between Tanner and Summit

The Borough is holding a town hall on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM to allow residents to discuss the proposed parking changes, provide feedback, propose additional changes, etc. This town hall will be taking place at Borough Hall, 414 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.

All residents of the impacted streets as well as any other street within the Borough are welcome to attend this town hall.

Please note that any changes to on-street parking in the Borough require a change in the ordinance for enforcement purposes. Because ordinance changes are time consuming and costly, we want to make sure we evaluate all the streets and make the change at one time to save the taxpayers money. No formal decisions will take place at this town hall and any proposed amendments will require discussion and approval by Borough Council prior to any regulations taking effect.

A heartfelt thank you to the Honor & Courage Foundation for selecting Hatboro as the host community for your inaugural walk benefiting Veterans and First Responders. Your efforts to raise awareness and support for these heroes are truly appreciated, and we are proud to be part of your mission.

The No One Left Behind Walk was powerful, emotional, beautiful—and a reminder of exactly why the Honor and Courage Foundation exists.

They walked for our Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders who are still fighting battles that many of us will never see.

They walked in memory of those we have tragically lost to su***de.
We remembered the heroes and innocent lives lost on September 11th, and we honored the men and women whose lives were forever changed by the events of that day.

To stand there and look around at Veterans, First Responders, families, businesses, volunteers, children, and members of our community all coming together for one purpose was something we will never forget.

The display representing the lives lost to su***de was heartbreaking—but it was also a powerful reminder that behind every number is a person. A family. A story. A life that mattered.

To everyone who walked, volunteered, sponsored, donated, participated, shared our event, or simply showed up to stand beside our heroes—THANK YOU.

And to the incredible Hatboro community, including the local businesses, Borough leadership, Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works, and everyone who welcomed and supported Honor & Courage Foundation—you helped make this day incredibly special.

Saturda showed what can happen when a community decides that our heroes matter.

Honor & Courage will keep answering the calls, keep providing access and funding to the life-changing SGB Procedure, and mental health therapy, will keep fighting for those who are struggling, will keep saying their names, will keep working toward a day when we no longer lose our heroes to su***de and promise that no one will be left behind.

Thank you again to everyone for walking with us and support for this great organization and cause. ❤️🇺🇸

Have Your Voice Heard: Take the Hatboro Community Priorities Survey

The Borough of Hatboro is pleased to announce the launch of the Hatboro Community Priorities Survey.

As part of the Borough's ongoing commitment to transparency, community engagement, and responsive local government, this survey will give residents an opportunity to share their perspectives on the issues, services, and projects that matter most to them.
Feedback from residents will help Borough Council, Mayor Schultz, and Borough staff better understand community needs and priorities.

The results will help guide future planning, budgeting, and decision-making efforts. Survey topics may include:
