I don't know who needs to see this. I just hope it reaches the right person. I've spent months asking questions, collecting records, and demanding accountability in Philadelphia. What I've uncovered deserves scrutiny.

We raised concerns about Giovanni “Gio” Pena on August 9.

Now a former ODAAT employee has come forward with information and internal receipts. Their identity and image are being withheld for privacy.
Our source alleges Pena remained around a facility where ODAAT youth programming operated. An August 26 internal ODAAT email also shows staff being told to continue including “Gio” in administrative communications and states that he would use the AdminTeam account.

As the cousin of Nicole Fusaro, who went missing from Kensington in 2018, I am asking everyone to please sign the petition calling for expanded FBI assistance in the Horsch investigation.
As of August 28, media reports indicated that at least five missing women had been connected to the Horsch property. Investigators are also working through an extraordinary amount of evidence — more than 600,000 images, 70,000 videos, 10,000 pages of writings, and over 50 hard drives.
We still do not know how many women may be involved.
My goal is simple: Find every woman. Follow every credible connection. Give every family the best possible chance at an answer.

PHILADELPHIA, THIS IS YOUR Philadelphia Police Department

These are documented disciplinary records involving false statements, false records, lying during investigations, assault, and other misconduct. Some officers received suspensions measured in days. Some remained employed. Alot were promoted into positions of greater authority. Others were fired, reinstated, and handed their badges back.

Police officers have enormous power over people's freedom, safety, and lives. Accountability cannot mean a slap on the wrist followed by business as usual.

Philadelphia deserves to know who is policing us, what they've done, and what consequences actually followed.

Is this the standard we're willing to accept?
