If La Salle is committed to addressing systemic racism and injustice, they need to end their contract with Aramark.
Aramark profits off of mass incarceration and the marginalization of BIPOC. Aramark capitalizes on mass incarceration, a system that disproportionately affects Black and brown people. As a corporation, they are inherently unethical and opposite the values held by La Salle. We can not allow La Salle to turn a blind eye to the exploitation of marginalized people for the sake of profits.
We must demand change. As an organization we are demanding change- we hope you will join us.
