Due to extremely hot temperatures, the City has declared a Code Red starting today, May 18 at noon until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
If you see someone who's living or sleeping outside in the heat, call Homeless Street Outreach at (215) 232-1984.

When it's very hot, the City provides additional services for people who are homeless.
