We are deeply saddened by the terrible anti-Semitic attack on the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh. Less than 24 hours before the tragedy, our members spent time lobbying U.S. Representative Mike Doyle, who represents most of the Jewish community in Pittsburgh. After spending time in Rep. Doyle’s office, this tragedy hits especially close to home for the members of PIPAC. Our thoughts and prayers are with all Jews in Pittsburgh, the State of Pennsylvania, and around the world. PIPAC remains vigilant in the fight against anti-semitism, in all its forms. May the victims’ memories be a blessing.

Penn Israel Public Affairs Committee (PIPAC) mourns the loss of Senator John McCain, a remarkable patriot and champion of the US-Israel relationship.

"I'm a student of history and anybody who is familiar with the history of the Jewish people and with the Zionist idea can't help but admire those who established the Jewish homeland."-- John McCain (1936-2018)

May his memory be a blessing.

"Israel is not only America’s strongest ally in the Middle East, but it remains an example for democratic norms and values everywhere. In an era of growing instability throughout the region and the world, the US-Israel relationship represents an unwavering bedrock upon which both countries’ core interests depend.”-- Senator Pat Toomey

Thank you, Senator Toomey, for your support!
