Northwest Victim Services Northwest Victim Services (NVS), provides support and information to victims of crime in the 5th, 14th, 35th, & 39th police districts of Philadelphia.

Northwest Victim Services (NVS), a non-profit agency, provides support, advocacy, assistance, and information to victims of crime in the 5th, 14th, 35th, and 39th Philadelphia Police Districts. Since its founding in 1981, NVS's reputation for compassion and effective service has spread throughout the Philadelphia region as a result of the work of knowledgeable staff, committed volunteers, and a dedicated board of directors. All services are provided at no cost to victims of crime.
