Some photos from our recent Mushroom walk with Beth from the Philadelphia Mycology Club. She explained that most mushrooms we find in mid-spring are "saprophytic"--they are living on dead wood or organic material and decomposing it. We saw many varieties. Join us for another walk this summer.
