Experience a sense of well-being with the calming, nourishing practice of Qigong (chee-gong). Eileen Kelsall will lead the group in gentle movements, deep breathing, and self-massage. You’ll find yourself feeling less stressed and more energized with this meditative practice that improves flexibility and balance, and benefits your body, breath, and spirit. Adults of all abilities and experience are welcome. Please dress comfortably.

This program will be held outside in the garden weather-permitting or in the Meeting room when if it does not.

The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime. Can you help?

The event will be held in our meeting room from 1:00-6:00 PM. To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-REDCROSS or use the link above.

On the day of your appointment, you can streamline your donation experience by visiting RedCrossBlood/RapidPass to complete your pre-donation reading and health history questions.

Join us Wednesday in the adult section on the main floor! Explore the world of paper crafting, in this monthly meet-up, focused on crafts like collage, card making, junk journaling, and more! We will have a variety of supplies on hand, and you are welcome to bring your own projects and materials. This will be a self guided program, we plan to have some ideas or samples for inspiration, but there won’t be any formal instruction.
