The mission of Hands of Diversity is to provide comprehensive, community based transitional housing services to individuals through a holistic approach in the Philadelphia area by:



•promoting individual, family, and community wellness through high quality, cost-effective behavioral health treatment and preventive strategies;
•strengthening family relationships and community support systems;
•

minimizing dependence on professional and institutional care through treatment plans that appropriately manage service strategies, intensities, and duration;
•protecting the public from impaired individuals and criminal activity through effective behavior management.
