Are you a single parent, living in Philadelphia? Here is a grant for you.

Eligibility Criteria:
Single-Parent Household: The applicant must be a single parent, which will be verified through a recent tax return and public assistance documents.
Low-Income Status: Your family's low-income status must be confirmed with documents showing participation in public assistance programs.
Philadelphia Residency: You must live in Philadelphia and provide proof of residency.
Grant Usage:

For Children:
The grant can be used for activities like summer camp, after-school, tutoring, swim lessons, dance classes, martial arts, art classes, or mental health support.

It will not be provided for household expenses or for child care, tuition, or similar.

For Parents: Single parents can also use a grant for their wellness or career advancement. However, there is a separate $1,000 limit for the parent.

Hello, FB family & friends

I created a post some time ag about a family in need. Without disclosing too much information, this is a family desperately trying to do all that they can do. There are several youth in our CERC program that are in the age range to also enroll in "Camp Dreams" for a full day of camp, but due to financial hardships...even after discounting the rate because they are in our CERC program, some are just unable to cover the cost, so I am starting a campaign to raise funds to try to sponsor as many as possible.

OUR GOAL: $2400
For every $500 that we receive, I will reduce the camp fee by $50 so that we can cover as many youth as possible.

Thank you to our first "DIAMOND" donor for your $500 Love Offering for Camp Dreams 2024 Janet Ferguson Gaffney. This will allow 2 of our sibling campers to attend for the next 2 weeks at no cost and to carry over $100 for another camper to cover their 2nd week.

I will be hosting a camp orientation and sign up event on July 3rd from 3PM-5PM. If you are interested in receiving information, please inbox me. It is invite only. If your child attends the C.E.R.C, they will bring home information about their time slot for the event. If you are interested in signing your child up for camp, please complete the online registration and you will automatically receive information about the orientation.

It is just about that time again. Rolling out the "Camp Dreams" Summer Program for ages 8-12. This year, we decided to waive the registration fee, so you can now register at no cost. Here is some of the information:
1.Camp begins on Monday, June 17 - August 15 (9weeks); includes 2. 1 virtual FREE week for summer family fun.
3. Cost: $150 per week
4. $50 VISA gift card for anyone enrolling for the full camp experience
5. Meals and trips included
6. Transportation is available to & from for an additional fee
