Our main initiative is the Princess Project where we outfit young women from head to toe for prom. Talitha Cumi (MEANS DAUGHTER ARISE) It is a home away from home. Our doors are opened to young adult females that are without a permanent home. We are not here to judge but to encourage regardless of race or background. Residing time at TCH is 3 to 18 months, depending on condition(s)and or circums
tance(s). We will provide all necessary tools to help each RISE above past hurts, disappointments, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, stress, low self esteem as well as feeling hopeless. While ministering to the inner soul, we will also provide services to help towards a life of independent living. Such as job readiness programs, in/out patient therapy, medical treatment(s), group sessions on spiritual guidance, cooking lessons, personal hygiene classes, granny's impartation of wisdom, completion of education, obtaining personal document(s), computer training courses and so much more.There will be a miniature salon on premises for our young ladies to look presentable when going on job interviews. Will provide workshops on how to conduct oneself as a young lady, and how to love and believe in self as well as how to make positive choices. God has giving you and I many chances before our path became straight, therefore we believe in giving out young ladies a chance, regardless of where they came from or what they have done. Not only will TCH service residence, but will also reach out to females in the community with an invitation to the many events and workshops on the premises of TCH. We believe they too need guidance and direction. I believe that each female should know that there is a QUEEN in them!
