The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee (SDCC) is a full-time political organization dedicated to building a Democratic Majority in the Pennsylvania Senate. By training Democratic activists, raising campaign funds, and recruiting and supporting top-level state senate candidates through the election cycle, SDCC is leading the effort to pick up the five senate seats that separate Democ

rats from a senate majority and from an opportunity to drive the debate on such vital issues as energy independence, health care and property tax reform. A Bucks County native and lifelong public servant, Eileen Hartnett Albillar has spent 25+ years helping families get back on their feet, fight poverty, and navigate rising costs. From advocating for homeless youth to administering housing and utility assistance programs, she’s dedicated her career to making sure people have the support they need to succeed.
As a former Warrington Township Supervisor, Eileen helped preserve open space, strengthen public safety, and invest in the community she calls home. Today, as Bucks County Clerk of Courts, she works every day to support victims of crime and ensure justice is served.
Now, Eileen is running for State Senate because she knows Bucks County families are being squeezed by rising costs, underfunded schools, and a Harrisburg that isn’t listening. She’s ready to fight for lower costs, better jobs, fully funded public schools, and real solutions that help working families thrive.
