The park is popular with notable local skaters such as Bam Margera, Chuck Treece and various other local pro skaters. The park was built on donated land under an overpass on Interstate 95 with volunteers and monetary donations. FDR played host to the Gravity Games in 2005. mp. South Philly's FDR Park is a concrete, skateboard paradise, designed and built by skateboard enthusiasts. With features like the “Dome,” a 4-foot (1.2 m) wall of concrete that climbs up into a burly overhang; the “bunker,” a 60-foot-long (18 m), 11-foot (3.4 m) vertical brick coping that grinds real nice and keeps the place private from the road, this park is a serious challenge for skaters of all skill levels, all the way up to pro. The park is situated right under the I-95 highway overpass, right off Broad Street, so it is protected from rain and snow. The whole Park is also playable in the Video Game Tony Hawk's Proving Ground by Activision and Neversoft. It is also accessible from the Pattison Avenue stop of the Broad Street subway line. MICHAEL VICK launches his clothing line "V7". The photo shows what Michael Vick did to dogs that were not to expectations for DOG FIGHTING...death by hanging, drowning, strangulation, gun shot, electrocution and other methods. YET HE IS ADORED by the public and has well over a million fb fans. People that commit such HEINOUS CRIMES should not be celebrated by the public.
BOYCOTT "V7" and SHARE this post so that those who didn't know the extent of his criminal actions can finally see him for who he truly is.
