THE BEES ARE BACK IN THE LIBRARY! Our library is one of only two observatory bee hives in the city of Philadelphia, and the only library registered as a national wildlife preserve, certified by the National Wildlife Foundation! Come visit us!

READY FOR ANOTHER MUSICAL CONCERT AT THE RICHMOND LIBRARY? Join us on MAY 16 @ 2pm to welcome **Philadelphia's premiere slavic choir** - SING SLAVIC- as they perform traditional folk songs, laments, and polyphonic songs from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, and the Balkans, often exploring themes of "woes," rural life, and heartbreak. The choir employs a unique singing style that utilizes a "chest voice" technique, characterized by intense, open-throated resonance that projects heavily, often feeling vibrations in the chest. You won't want to miss it! FREE at your neighborhood library!!!!
