The Epilepsy Foundation of America (EFA), Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are working together on a new initiative dedicated to reducing health disparities in epilepsy care.

Are you a Black/African American adult (18 or older) living with epilepsy, or a caregiver of a Black/ African American person with epilepsy? We want to hear from you!

By scheduling an interview during one of the timeframes below, you can share your experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
May 26th - 11 AM - 1 PM EST; 5 PM - 7 PM EST
May 27th - 11 AM - 1 PM EST; 5 PM - 7 PM EST
June 2nd - 11 AM - 1 PM EST; 5 PM - 7 PM EST
June 3rd - 11 AM - 1 PM EST; 5 PM - 7 PM EST

Behind every diagnosis is often a family member, parent, spouse, sibling, or friend helping navigate the challenges of epilepsy every single day. This walk is for them too.

Join us on June 20, 2026 as we come together to support the more than 110,000 people in Eastern Pennsylvania living with epilepsy and the caregivers who walk beside them.
