Our local 100 Mile foodshed has 30 million+ residents, 43k farms, & just under 5.2 million acres of farmland! Farms here are smaller scale & highly specialized, producing more poultry & eggs, greenhouse and nursery products, & milk and dairy products. 🥚🐓🌱
