Residents:
PPA applications for the free Lemon Hill temporary parking permits can take up to 4-5 days to process. If you’ve already submitted yours, they now have a tracker where you can enter your email and track the status of your application. ➡️ Click the link to check your status. https://philapark.org/lemonhill/

Join virtually on Monday, May 18 for an information session about how the FIFA Fan Fest will impact Lemon Hill and the surrounding communities. City officials will share updates on planned events, road closures, neighborhood parking regulations, ride-sharing drop-off and pick-up locations, and bike and pedestrian resources. This June and July, our neighborhood will be Soccer Central as the FIFA Fan Fest comes to Lemon Hill! We’re working to make sure this exciting moment benefits both local businesses and residents while keeping neighborhood needs front and center. Parking and traffic plans are being designed to help keep residential streets accessible and clear for local households throughout the event.

To keep local on-street parking for community-members only, and quickly tow violators and visitors, the city is creating a special neighborhood parking zone for the duration of the festival. Here's what you need to know:

➡️ Registration is required, but free, for residents from Cecil B Moore Avenue to the Parkway, from Lemon Hill to Corinthian/21st Street.
➡️ Only residents, businesses, and their guests will be allowed to park cars in this zone from June 11 through July 19 to prevent Fan Festival visitors from parking in the neighborhood.
➡️ Residents outside this area do not need to do anything, but should not park in the festival zone during the event either.
