I believe that getting into a situation with a firearm involving observing and recording law enforcement officers / protesting (especially when law enforcement is involved) is a bad idea, ONLY because some of these law enforcement officers who are cosplaying as N**i Storm Troopers are CONTINUOUSLY AND ACTIVELY fishing for an excuse to shoot someone. So when it comes to Alex Pretti, I don't think him simply having a firearm was a justified reason for him to be shot like that. However it makes it easier for them to attempt to get a justification. Anyone who is blindly justifying this without proper investigation is proving my point.

Was Alex there with the intention of protesting I.C.E? I don't know.

Was Alex reaching for his weapon? I don't know.

Was Alex's firearm misfired and the officers responded like that? I don't know.

All I know is that he had a firearm, It was taken by a federal agent who in my opinion should have immediately unloaded it, and there wasn't a second firearm he had so it seems like he was armed then disarmed and if he was there in passing it would make sense that he had it on him, but knowing that, officers have certain immunities and they can interpret the situation very easily based on their immunities and their "best" judgment. So if he went there to protest or record I personally wouldn't suggest going to a situation like that with a weapon ESPECIALLY a firearm.

I AM BY NO MEANS suggesting that what Alex Pretti was doing was illegal or justified what happened to him. Based on what I saw. I believe the situation should be thoroughly investigated, and those who are against just the possibility of an investigation have lost their minds and/or doesn't understand how the justice system is supposed to work.

You are under the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in the court of law. If you are immediately against an investigation and claim that federal officers can't be charged under the stipulation of immunity, What is the harm in challenging the immunity In the courts of Justice, especially if it could further prove their innocence?

If you're claiming that the courts of Justice could determine that the person is guilty despite the immunity they have; then Shouldn't justice be served? Are you claiming the immunity of federal officers can't be questioned in the courts?

We're not talking about Bribery or a scandal requiring deep investigation, we're talking about A group of federal agents shooting a man who's on the ground to death, and consideration of looking into that situation is making people upset. And the excuse is he had a gun. And what I'm saying is let's look into it!

This is also nothing against the majority of law enforcement officers. I don't want anyone using what I said here as a promotion to harass or assault any law enforcement officers who are out here. I'm referring to the scum bags who give our law enforcement a bad name.

I don't care what part of the political aisle you're on, in the United States of America we don't allow unmarked vans and plain clothed agents to abduct people in front of crowds in broad daylight without question! For the people who do not consider this concerning or at the very least worth a phone call to the police you need to get a grip on reality because even if it is an actual undercover operation, that shouldn't be your first assumption.

If you have such a firm attachment to your stance on immigration and border policies that you're letting this become normal, then you should consider the security risks involved in normalizing such a horrid enormity. This is literally going to encourage anyone to go out and abduct people.

If I have to explain why it would be a bad thing if society allows any random group without question to kidnap random people, then I'm not sure you understand the severity of that, or you believe that any group who would decide to do something like this is a group that wouldn't be doing anything to affect you negatively, or they would be doing something that affects you positively.

Either way, it's un-American and I'm not down with that.

To everyone who is exercising their first amendment right tomorrow. Be safe, be civil, be informed. If anything wrong happens to you, let it happen unless your life is literally in danger, then deal with it in court.

I'm not sure what's going on with Adriana Smith (The lady in Georgia that is on life support), however, I've said this numerous times. We live in a country where things like this happen. If she never wanted something like this to happen it should have been in a living will, which is an advance healthcare directive which is a legal document that allows you to specify your wishes regarding medical care if you become unable to make decisions for yourself. It can include instructions about treatments you want or don't want, and who you want to make decisions on your behalf.

For all we know she might have wanted something like this. I don't know the details. If there's a living will where she didn't want something like this to happen then that's messed up. But otherwise there's really nothing that can be done legally speaking to prevent them from doing this in the state of Georgia.

The state is ultimately going to pay for it when it comes to the financial aspect. Unless the family somehow gets stuck with the bill which all they have to do is just not pay it. It's really that simple. Just don't pay it. It's not their bill.

It's a very unfortunate situation but perhaps if they do somehow save the child maybe the mother would have wanted that and the family gets a new member. If the family can't take care of the child without the mother, why would she have a baby to begin with?

The way I see it is if she was planning on becoming a mother then maybe it's not so unethical to try to save her child.

Maybe I'm missing something here.

LEGITIMATE REASON TO GET RID OF SOCIAL SECURITY

They're actually a few good reasons that have nothing to do with supporting DOGE or Elon Musk. I want to start off by saying my opinions on social security aren't based on Elon musk's views on it. If my views somewhat overlap I would consider Elon Musk basing his views off of mine because I've been saying this while Elon Musk wasn't even thought of in the political field. So I'm going to start off with that.

So I believe social security is effectively a Ponzi scheme. The reason I believe that is because if the current generation hasn't been paying social security for as long as the older generation stops paying it, the older generation somehow will be affected even though social security allegedly has been investing their money and allegedly being something considered to be necessary when it comes to American investment.

First off there's no choice. You have to have a social security account. That's not fair. There are plenty of cases where somebody's parents committed identity fraud with their children's social security number before their children had any legal representation in our political field. If you are required to have a social security number at Birth then you should be able to vote at Birth which makes no sense. Also, the fact that your parents are able to put you in debt into your adulthood by committing fraud that wouldn't exist without social security in your childhood that ends up affecting you for the rest of your life is an issue on its own that justifies getting rid of it.

I don't think we should get rid of it outright. I think we should figure out a way to financially secure the people who have already put their life's work into it and then slowly and efficiently abolish it. I don't think we should do anything when it comes to our political system in a fast and speedy way, unless it's an individual trial for an alleged criminal because that could violate rights to Liberty. However, getting rid of systems in general should be slow. So I don't agree with the method in which they are going about it. It's wrong, and it misrepresents anyone who is against social security by society as someone who supports a specific group of people who have similar opinions on the matter.

We put 12% of our individual taxes into our social security account yearly. The yearly payout for each individual is only $22,344.

If social security isn't a scam, then it is at the VERY LEAST operated identically to what you would consider to be a scam.

Elon Musk is an idiot, because he believes that the money is still there as if it's a Pyramid Scheme, and not a Ponzi Scheme.

A pyramid scheme adds new members to generate revenue, with participants earning commissions based on the number of people they recruit. That sort of fraudulent investment scheme is likely to have the money circulating within it. They charge you a few and there's usually something commodity based.

A Ponzi scheme the returns to existing investors are paid using money from new investors, rather than from the actual investment itself. They require a CONSTANT influx of new investments to pay returns to existing investors, and this unsustainable model eventually breaks down.

So based on everything I said so far, if social security is an investment it's not a good one because it operates in a way that is practically identical to a Ponzi scheme. So if it isn't a Ponzi scheme then there wouldn't be an issue if it was optional, but it's not optional because if it was it would collapse like a Ponzi scheme.

The ONLY difference between social security and a Ponzi scheme is that the IRS and Social security are using our government (that are supposed to be working on what is best for the people), to perpetuate a state operated mandatory PONZI SCHEME!

The reason we rely on social security is because social security is mandatory and the money is being stolen making it harder to have a livable wage because AT LEAST 12% of it is going into a scam. If we cut social security it would be an issue because the ones most invested like old people would suffer. However if we slowly abolish it while figuring out a way to Guarantee ACTUAL security. We can get rid of it with NO SUFFERING.

If we don't figure it out, everyone is going to suffer. We can do it, and it IS NECESSARY.

I only want what's best. I wouldn't say these things if I ACTUALLY believed that social security helps people the way it can, we all know it isn't based on the little amount of evidence I just provided by taking the statistics and doing the math myself. It's scary how much more is probably being stolen, Elon Musk is supporting the right cause in this case, HIS METHOD is destructive and IMPRACTICAL. We can do this without hurting the victims of this, Elon Musk doesn't care about that and the only reason I care is because I don't want people to get hurt. I know we can do it without hurting anyone and ultimately benefiting everyone. Even if it benefits Elon Musk, it also benefits many people who need it more than him, but we can't continue to defend Social security just to spite Musk.

The attitude of considering the billionaires benefiting off of something that can have countless life changing benefits for those who desperately need it as something to oppose solely on the basis of not wanting to benefit the billionaires whatsoever, is the reason why the billionaire class exists in the first place. I don't want Billionaires to exist, but if we're going to act like this with our money, the ones who are able to accumulate more like Elon Musk are going to be scammed until all the money is no longer independently distributed.

The United States government is the only member of the Trillionaire class. If the United States Government handles more money than Elon Musk does, why aren't they putting it into social security? Why aren't they putting into healthcare? Why aren't they putting into cancer research? Why aren't they helping the homeless? Why aren't they helping with our education system?

The Government is scamming us. And if the United States Government is worth trillions at the very least millionaires are no longer a thing. There is a huge problem.

I know this is a lot and if you made it to the end I appreciate it, but I needed to say this because I WILL NOT allow Elon Musk to make the IRS and Social security look good. I don't agree with his tactics AT ALL because of the suffering. I WANT TO AVOID SUFFERING ALL TOGETHER AND WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY TO SHUT THIS SCAM DOWN AND SECURE THE LIVELIHOOD OF THE PEOPLE! 🇺🇸

Elon Musk is making it really hard to make this happen.
