TiaMonai / .beecontinued (she/they) is a spoken word artist, facilitator, and creative healer originally from New York City, now calling Philadelphia home for over a decade. Their work is rooted in honesty, storytelling, and the kind of community care that invites people to show up as their full selves. They started slamming at 16, becoming a 2009 Knicks Poetry Slam Finalist and a Youth Poet on the 2009 Urban Word NYC team. After stepping away from the stage from 2012–2023, TiaMonai returned with a deeper sense of purpose and is now a proud member of the 2026 Philly Reincarnated Slam Team. As a facilitator, she creates spaces where people can slow down, and tell their truth. They truly believe that when we put words to our stories, we begin to reclaim our own power.
