Our Cruise Around the World Continues! ✈️🌴🇨🇺🇯🇲

This week, our residents enjoyed two exciting new destinations on our journey—Cuba and Jamaica! From refreshing mojitos to tropical rum punch, the flavors of the Caribbean brought smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories to everyone aboard.

A special thank you to our amazing team for creating such a fun and immersive experience. Through music, culture, decorations, and delicious refreshments, our residents were able to “travel” to these beautiful islands without ever leaving home!

We can’t wait to see where our next port of call takes us! 🌺🍹🌴

Cruise Around the World – Bahamas Stop! ⚓🌴

Our residents enjoyed a taste of the Caribbean with a delicious Bahamas-inspired lunch prepared by our talented Executive Chef, Mrs. Darla! 🍽️

On the menu:
🥭 Baked Cod served over a savory polenta cake with asparagus, fresh mango pico de gallo, and spinach purée.
🍖 Caribbean Meatloaf accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans.

Every bite brought the vibrant flavors of the islands to our dining room as we continue our cruise around the world adventure! 🌊☀️🏝️

Our Cruise Around the World Adventure Has Begun! 🚢🌴

This past Friday, we set sail on the first stop of our exciting cruise journey—The Bahamas! 🇧🇸☀️ Residents enjoyed delicious Piña Coladas specially prepared by our amazing Executive Chef, Mrs. Darla, while soaking in the tropical atmosphere and island vibes.

A special thank you to our wonderful Activities Team—Estefania, Sandy, and Nancy—along with our dedicated kitchen staff and Mr. Robert Galvan from Amedisys Hospice for helping bring this destination to life. From the decorations to the refreshments, it was a fun-filled afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and great memories.

Our residents had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to discovering where our next stop will take us! 🌺🍍✈️
