Tomorrow August 14, 2026 from 9:30-11:00 am is the Senior Citizens Center of Petrolia is the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank Day. We do not know what is coming until they get here. If you are signed up you can pick your stuff up. If you need to sign up come between 9:3-11:00 and we can sign you up. We need to know what your income is just bring the info with you.

The Senior Citizens club of Petrolia now has a Venmo account that we can accept donations on for program support. We are doing around 45-50 meals a day. E are not delivering to Petrolia, Byers, Charlie, Thornberry and Dean. If you are over 60 and home bound call 940 524-3567 to sign up for a nutritious hot meal to be delivered to you. Anyone can come in to the building Monday-Friday lunch is served between 10:45am-12:00 noon. Lunch is $6.00 if you are under 60 and $5.00 if you are over 60. Please call before 9:30am so we can prepare a meal for you.

The Petrolia Senior Citizens is needing a meat slicer does anyone have one they are willing to donate or sell really cheap to the Petrolia Senior Citizens. Let me know what you might have.

Today July 10, 2026 The Wichita Falls Food Bank will bring the truck with our food to give out between 9:30- 11:00am. If you are not signed up, come up and sign up for the stuff. We do not know what they will be bringing out until they get here.

Is there any local ranchers in the area that could donate some ground beef to the Petrolia Senior Citizens we are getting really low right now. With the continuous of rising cost of beef this is a great concern of ours. We use it for our Meals on Wheels program. We are open from 8:00am-12:00 noon Monday-Friday.

Bingo today July 7, 2026 at the Petrolia Senior Citizens from 10:00-11:00am. Whitney Herndon from Gardens Lake Wellington will be calling. Everyone is welcome to come play.
