Do you have gently used puzzles at home that you’re ready to pass along? We’d love to give them a new home at the Friendship Centers of Emmet County!

We are currently accepting donations of:

🔎 Larger pieces are preferred
✨ Please donate puzzles that are complete and in good condition.

Our puzzles provide hours of fun, relaxation, and social connection for our patrons!

If you have puzzles you’d like to donate, please bring them to the Friendship Centers of Emmet County during regular business hours.

Learning together to better serve our community!

Christy, our Community Engagement Director; Jodi, our Client Services Director; and Kayla, our Outreach and Development Director, recently completed a three-day professional development course through the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities.

We’re proud of their commitment to growing as leaders and bringing that care into the work we do every day. Investing in our staff means investing in the older adults, families, and community we serve!

We have a new group of top-tier listeners in our community, thanks to this three-day professional development course from the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities! This course helped 21 local professionals develop and strengthen their skills for improved listening and people-centered leadership.

Thanks to our partner Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce for helping create a more welcoming and supportive community.

Do you enjoy Tai Chi with Gretchen as much as we do? She does an amazing job of keeping us fit, flexible, and relaxed! However, she’ll be taking a short break until January. Don’t miss her last sessions before winter at our Petoskey and Brutus locations.

October 13th at 1:00 pm: Join us for a monthly book discussion. Enjoy good books and good company.
October 14th at 1:00 pm: Enjoy the great outdoors and good company while hiking with Little Big Outdoor Adventure. The hike will begin at the Woollam Family Nature Preserve.
October 15th at 1:00 pm: Join us at Coveyou Scenic Farm Market to learn about the history of and heart of this local farm.
