Brother Dan's Food Pantry Brother Dan's Food Pantry - Serving the Petoskey Community Francis Xavier Church. Brother Dan's Food Pantry is totally dependent on donations and fund raising.

Opened in October of 2003 to help serve the needs of the Petoskey community, the pantry is a tribute to Brother Dan Badsing who gave food to anyone that came to the priest's and brother's home at St. The pantry is 100% staffed by volunteers from the community and serves an average of 148 families (500 people) every two weeks. PLEASE - help us support the community by donating time, food or financial assistance.

Don’t let the fish get away from you !!! Brother Dan’s Food Pantry  will be hosting its last fish fry for the Easter season on Friday, March 27th from 4:30 PM to 7 PM in the St. Francis Xavier Church basement on State Street, Petoskey. Please join us as our Pantry and community volunteers will once again be preparing a wonderful meal, including all the fabulous desserts  See you there.

Brother Dan’s Food Pantry had a sell out crowd of 360 people who attended our Friday night fish fry last week. Thank you to everyone who attended the dinner and to all of our volunteers who worked so diligently to make this happen. Every fish fry helps the Pantry to provide for those in need an all community. Why fix dinner when it is already being prepared for you. Brother Dan’s Food Pantry volunteers are once again working hard to serve another fabulous fish dinner with all the fixings and wonderful homemade desserts. Please join us tomorrow Friday March 20th. from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. in the St. Francis Xavier church basement, Petoskey. Bring your appetite.

Brother Dan’s Food Pantry Friday Fish Fry has been CANCELLED for tonight, March 13th. due to the inclement weather. We regret to inform everyone that the fish fry has been cancelled . We are so sorry we had to make this decision, but we want to keep all of our volunteers and faithful community safe and off the roads tonight. Please plan to come again the following week as we will be back in full swing.
