🚨 FOOD TRUCK OPERATORS – 2026 INSPECTION REQUIRED 🚨

If you have not yet applied for your Annual Food Truck Inspection and obtained your 2026 Approval Sticker, you must do so BEFORE YOU CAN LEGALLY OPERATE this year.

This is a fire and life safety compliance requirement designed to protect you, your staff, and the public.
​
⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTICE:
• The ONLY valid 2026 sticker is GOLD
• Any sticker from a previous year is NOW EXPIRED
• No sticker = NOT APPROVED TO OPERATE

➡️ Stickers are valid January 1 – December 31 each year, regardless of when they were issued in a previous year
​
💡 What this means right now:
Any food truck operating with a sticker other than GOLD or without a sticker is currently OUT OF COMPLIANCE
​
📝 Operator Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the food truck owner/operator to apply for inspection each year. This process IS NOT automatic.

On April 21st at appox 16:54 the department was toned for a two car MVA near 2358 Seneca Trail South.

On April 20th at appox 12:42 the department along with Ballard, and Lindside was toned for a reported brush fire along Rt 12 on Walter Den Hill, units contained the fire. Good team work by all
