This Memorial Day, we stand united as Americans to remember the heroes who laid down their lives for our freedom.

Across the hills, valleys, and small towns of Huntingdon County, we reflect on the men and women who never came home — and the freedoms their sacrifice secured.

May we honor them not just today, but in how we live as a grateful nation.

🇺🇸 Their courage is our inheritance. Their sacrifice is our responsibility to remember.

🌟 National EMS Week 2026
📅 May 17–23, 2026
💙 Theme: “Improving Outcomes, Together.”

From all of us at Twin Creeks EMS, Station 1100, we’re proud to celebrate this year’s theme: “Improving Outcomes, Together.”

This week, we honor the teamwork that makes every call possible — EMTs, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, firefighters, law enforcement, nurses, and hospital partners working side‑by‑side for our community.

🚑 To our EMTs, EMRs and Drivers:
Your dedication, grit, and compassion are the heartbeat of prehospital care.

📞 To our 911 dispatchers:
You are the calm in the storm — the first voice of hope when seconds matter.

🤝 To our mutual aid partners across Juniata Valley, Big Valley, Huntingdon, Mount Nittany and Centre Lifelink:
Thank you for standing with us, call after call.

🏥 To the hospital teams:
Your collaboration ensures our patients receive the best possible care from start to finish.

And to our community — thank you for supporting your local EMS providers for nearly 30 years. Your trust fuels our mission every day.

This week, we celebrate the people who never hesitate to answer the call.

Together, we save lives. Together, we improve outcomes. Together, we serve.

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day from Twin Creeks EMS, Station 1100 🌸

Today we celebrate the incredible moms who hold our families, our community, and often our crews together. To the mothers who serve in EMS, fire, police, dispatch, nursing, and every corner of public safety — thank you for your strength, your compassion, and the sacrifices you make both at home and on the job.

To the moms waiting at home while their loved ones answer the call — your support means more than you know. You are the quiet heroes behind every emergency response.

And to every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, and mother figure in our community: we appreciate you, we honor you, and we hope your day is filled with love, peace, and well‑deserved rest. 💐❤️

From all of us at Twin Creeks EMS, Happy Mother’s Day.
