Upper Township EMS joined Upper Township Beach Patrol at the Upper Township Primary School for an engaging day of beach, boating, and water safety education!

Throughout the event, Beach Patrol members provided valuable presentations and demonstrations focused on staying safe in and around the water. Our EMS team was proud to complement those efforts by offering ambulance tours and teaching children how to call 911 during an emergency.

Kids learned what happens when they call 911 and practiced providing important information to dispatchers, including their location, so emergency responders can find them quickly when help is needed. These simple but critical skills can make a big difference during an emergency.

We enjoyed meeting everyone and helping build confidence in emergency preparedness and water safety!

Upper Township EMS was proud to support today’s Atlantic City Air Show practice day by providing on-site EMS coverage for the event.

Ambulance 21-3 was staged at South New York Avenue and the Boardwalk, standing by alongside other public safety partners to ensure rapid medical response capabilities were available for staff and spectators throughout the day.

Supervising EMT Teasenfitz, EMT Raff, and EMT Culmone were honored with Excellence in Care Awards during Shore Medical Center’s annual ceremony recognizing local pre-hospital responders.

Today, members of Upper Township EMS had the opportunity to visit the Osprey Point community to provide education on emergency preparedness, CPR/AED basics, and general safety awareness.

Our A Platoon proudly led this outreach event and worked alongside our partners from Seaville Volunteer Fire Company and the New Jersey State Police to answer questions, share important information, and help strengthen community preparedness.

Community outreach and education remain an important part of what we do, and we are always grateful for opportunities to connect with residents and promote safety for all. Thank you to everyone who came out and participated!

Upper Township EMS crews have been conducting some driver training focused on ambulance operations and vehicle control over the past few days. Members completed a cones course designed to challenge maneuvering, backing, turning, and overall precision behind the wheel.

Training like this helps ensure our crews are prepared to safely navigate emergency vehicles through all kinds of situations while responding to the community. We are proud of the time and effort our members continue to put into sharpening their skills both on and off the road. 🚑
