Everything Counts: Strengthening Community Partnerships Through Service Excellence
We recently held our first Collaboration Summit with some of community partners at Poplar Springs Hospital, where we discuss ways, we could work together to enhance patient care and strengthen communication between agencies.
The forum focused on sharing ideas, building stronger relationships, and identifying meaningful opportunities to improve the patient experience and continuity of care. Participants engaged in thoughtful discussion around what is working, where we can grow, and how we can better serve our communities together.
The image from the event captures our panel of community partners (Kyle Vaught, Director of Crossroads CSB, Alvin Wood, CIT Coordinator for Crossroads and Sherrod Bond, Emergency Services Program Manager with Henrico Area Mental Health & Development Services).
We are grateful for the partnership, insight, and feedback shared during this session. Events like this reinforce that everything counts when it comes to delivering excellence in service and care.
We look forward to continuing this important work—together.
