CARTAGENA was last seen on Wednesday, February 4th 2026, at approximately 5pm in the City of Marinette. CARTAGENA is described as 5’ 06”, approximately 130 lbs. with brown straight hair, and brown eyes. CARTAGENA was last seen wearing a black robe, black joggers w/logo on hip, and tan slipper-like shoes.
