Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who answered the call, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity that brought our nation together.

We recently celebrated Uncle Chucks Pizzeria and Cluckin Chucks Chicken Shack with a ribbon cutting in LaSalle!

Uncle Chuck’s specializes in artisan pizza made completely in-house, offering six crust styles including New York, Detroit, Grandma, Sicilian, and Chicago-style tavern crust. And there’s a little Illinois Valley history in every pizza they’re baked in the original ovens from the legendary Peru Pizza House!

The Back Room is now open, offering a fun 2000s nostalgic atmosphere with craft cocktails, rotating craft b**r, gaming, dine-in seating, and space for private parties of up to 50 guests.

Cluckin Chuck’s Chicken Shack serves Southern fried chicken, Original or Nashville Hot, along with chicken strips and sandos from its permanent location outside Uncle Chuck’s.
