We will take $50 event sponsors all the way through June 13th, but today is the last to pay for a sponsorship and have you or your business listed on the back of the event t-shirts we are having made up. This is a cheap advertising opportunity for any business. Today is also the last day to pre-order an event t-shirt, after today we will limited quantities available for purchase in select sizes.

If you'd rather donate supplies instead of doing a sponsorship, we have attached a list of the items most needed that appeared on the most class lists for all 3 county schools last fall. If you have any questions please reach out to the Lodge, Shane, or Joel.

If you want you/your business (advertising) sponsorships to be listed on the back of the event t-shirt, get your $50 to us by Friday. Pre-sale for event t-shirts ends on Friday as well. We will purchase a limited quantity of sizes to sell up to and during the fundraiser, but pre-sale ensures you get your size. We will be sending all information and placing the order early next week.

Sponsorships for this fundraiser are $50. If sponsored by May 15th, you and/or your business will be listed on the back of the event t-shirt as a sponsor (advertising for your business!). We will take sponsorships all the way up until the day of the fundraiser, if you cannot sponsor by May 15th.

There is a T-shirt pre-order form in the Lodge. The cost for a shirt is $20. Pre-orders need to be turned in by May 15th as well. After that point, we will buy limited quantities of sizes to sell, so pre-ordering ensures you get one in your size.
