⭐Congratulations to Senior Ella Tolley on being named a 2027 National Merit Semifinalist!⭐

The National Merit Scholarship Program honors individual students who show exceptional academic ability and potential for success in rigorous college studies. The nationwide pool of over 16,000 Semifinalists represents less than 1 percent of U.S. high school seniors, including only 151 students in the state of Arkansas. It is a distinction that reflects years of dedication both inside and outside the classroom. Ella will have an opportunity to continue in the National Merit competition for scholarships worth over $26 million that will be offered next spring.

Our Perryville High School campus participated in a lockdown drill this morning. This was only a drill, allowing us to evaluate safety procedures to keep our staff and students safe. The drill concluded at approximately 8:00 AM.

Tomorrow’s cross country meet at Clarksville has been cancelled due to heat-related concerns. There will be no XC meet tomorrow!

No school today, but we’ve got Mustangs in action! Our golf team travels to Galla Creek for a 3:30 PM tee time and our volleyball team travels to Lisa Academy - North looking to pick up another win this fall.
