Well I have been thinking for awhile on how to get this page started. Why not start with myself. I suffer from PTSD due to MST. I am in CBT therapy at Newington VA. It is helping me out. I know I have a long way to go, but see that guy up there ? That is my little guy. He makes it al worthwhile. I want to be a better person not just for my son but for myself. I am doing this and I am not ashamed anymore about what happened to me , I can talk about some of it not all of it. Still an open Army CID investigation which I filed unrestricted and pressed criminal charges against those bastards that ca;ll themselves soldiers, There is no statute of limitation for R**E in the United States Armed Forces, I feel better having come out with it and deal with it than bottle up and keep on drinking booze, getting DUI's , feeling like a loser and I deserved it, I did not deserve it and no means no, So after all that self loathing I am learning to love myself again, Its day by day but I do not a drink to go to bed anymore. It feels good.. SO if you want to say anything feel free.

I chose to show you my son. He is the future and I am teaching im young on how to treat others as you would want be treated. He can be anything he wants to be. This is our future generation lets tech them right from the begining.
