COLD CASE: James A. Irby & KeiAmber M. Beard

On September 19, 2013, James Irby, 29, and KeiAmber Beard, 24, were found with fatal gunshot wounds in the 1200 block of W. Margaret Avenue in Peoria.

More than a decade later, investigators are still seeking answers. If you know anything about this case—no matter how small the detail may seem—please come forward.
